wow, I haven't updated this journal since July last year lol so as you can probably tell, I'm not terribly active on DA anymore. For one thing, he banner ads kill my computer hardcore when they click and change almost constantly. wtf. Does that happen to other people, too?

I've been more active over on Tegaki E lately, if you want to check that out, my username there is supersized_death (which is taken from a Matt Good song and doesn't mean that I'm obessed with death or i'm a murder LOL)

I bought a condo and I'm moving in two weeks from today (holy crap!). It has two bedrooms, so I will be using the smaller bedroom for a computer/art room. Hopefully I will be making more art in traditional media to post here once I get settled in. I really want to further explore encaustic, it's such a wonderful medium that deserves more love.

yep, I've heard of Belleville! Never been there and wasn't really sure where it was until now XD I'm in a small town between Hamilton and St. Catharines :D

I had been seriously considering going to Anime North this year, as it's been quite a few years since I went last, but I'm moving on May 30th and I don't think I can spare the time or money :( The guy I used to babysit for is DJing the Rave, though X3

I don't think I've ever been to Happy Land of Oekaki doom.

really...? I used to draw on the Happy Land of Oekaki Doom a million years ago, that's where most of my oekaki were drawn. Otherwise I can only speculate someone's ripping my art off...
